Here's a photo of a sign at a popular drug store in the Triangle. This is what you see as you enter the parking lot. Is it any wonder some senior citizens complain about being confused?

Ha! Being from Virginia and all, I am struggling not to crack a joke about the sign-making skills of my former neighbors to the south.
But, since I live in South Florida now and can't read 1/4 of the street and store signs anyway, I'll bite my tongue.
Those signs - their contradiction, anyway - are funny.
